- Haruka Ozaki Faculty of Medicine
- Dr. Haruka Ozaki received the Ph.D. degree in science from the University of Tokyo in 2015. From 2015 to 2018, he was a postdoctoral researcher with the Bioinformatics Research Unit in RIKEN. Since 2018, he has been an associate professor with the Faculty of Medicine, University of Tsukuba. His major is bioinformatics. His research interests include the development of computational tools for interpretation and prediction of genome functions, integration of multi-modal biological datasets including single-cell omics data, and disease prediction with clinical data analyses.
