Semiconductor Optoelectronic Devices
This lecture aims to give an overview of operation principle of solar cells, light emitting diodes, and laser diodes. All these devices consist of a pn junction diode; however, there are significant differences in the magnitude of current density and their direction. We start with basics of semiconductor physics and then go into details about these devices.(2016) 【textbook】 "Introduction to optical devices"
