With advances in technology, the hardware constraints on human activities are decreasing with the daily progress. After such society has been realized, what will the social role of human beings be like? In order to predict common questions in this history of science and technology, we are developing the systems called perceptual extension systems. When considering a human individual as a function of some kind (which outputs something corresponding to something inputted), we are studying technology to replace the five senses, sensation, and perception in the input process by sensors, signal processing, information processing. In this movie, we are presenting various element technologies of such research making full use of business talks.
