He completed the doctoral program without a doctoral degree in Philosophy Graduate School of the University of Tsukuba. He worked as Associate Professor in the department of literature, Yashima Gakuen University, and as Researcher, RINRI Institute of Ethics. He has been as Associate Professor in the International and Advanced Japanese Studies graduate school, Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences, University of Tsukuba. Ph.D. (Letters). His field of expertise are Cofucian Thought in East Asia, Home Education.
