TSUKUBA OCW (OpenCourseWare) is a platform to establish a new interface between the university and society in an attempt to identify the ideal way to disseminate the knowledge that the university is currently developing.

Our mission is to contribute to global society by developing cutting-edge and creative knowledge as well as human resources with great individuality.
Our undergraduate courses aim to develop human resources with a broad view, an enriched humanity, and a solid academic ability, while our graduate courses aim to develop researchers who are creative and flexible, backed by a further specialized area of expertise, as well as specialists with global views and academic expertise. Furthermore, we will proactively contribute to society, endeavoring to inherit and develop academic culture and intellectual assets as a university open to global society.
